The location of this bed and breakfast is perfect, situated in a beautiful, very walkable neighborhood. Everything is within easy reach, including Belmont and Vanderbilt universities and the vibrant Westend area. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and offer a cozy and private atmosphere. The bathrooms are spacious and the claw foot tubs are a charming touch. The service provided by the owner/manager is exceptional, as they are kind, informative, and ensure guests feel welcome. The breakfast options are delicious and customized to individual preferences, making for a great start to the day.

The accessibility might be an issue for older guests or those with disabilities due to the difficulty of getting in and out of the claw foot tub/shower.

This hotel in a beautiful, very walkable area was a fantastic find. The attention to detail was evident in the bright, clean, and tastefully decorated rooms. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that our every need was met during our 3-night stay. The customized breakfast options were a highlight, with delicious and healthy choices, complete with great coffee and juice waiting for us each morning.

Nothing worth mentioning. All was more than satisfactory during our stay.

This charming bed and breakfast is located in a beautiful, very walkable area, perfect for exploring. Guests have raved about the clean and well-equipped rooms, with some even mentioning their own private floor and spacious accommodations. The breakfast served here has received high praise for being delicious and healthy, with homemade banana bread and tasty breakfast specials. The friendly and helpful host ensures a comfortable stay, offering updates about the neighborhood and even allowing guests to use the kitchen and fridge.

While the claw foot tub/shower adds to the romantic ambiance, some guests have found it difficult to access, particularly for those with mobility challenges.

The location was perfect - close to shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. It was also just far enough away from downtown to avoid the busiest areas. We had a wonderful room that immediately made us feel at home after a long day of travel. The owner was extremely helpful in recommending things to do in the area. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and there were even chocolate espresso cookies that were to die for.

One thing to note is that the claw foot tub/shower in the bathroom may be difficult for those with mobility challenges. It can be hard to get in and out of.

It strikes the perfect balance, just far enough away from downtown to provide a peaceful atmosphere. The attention to detail in this hotel is remarkable. From the tastefully decorated rooms to the immaculate cleanliness, it is clear that the owners take great pride in their establishment. The rooms are bright and offer a romantic ambiance, with a wide and clean bathroom that includes a stunning claw foot tub. Breakfast was fantastic, served on the exact time requested, and featured a customized menu with healthy options. The Chocolate Espresso Cookies are an absolute treat as well!

Great location close to restaurants and bars, and within walking distance to major attractions. The room was cozy and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast had healthy options and was nicely cooked.

Christmas at this hotel wasn't really cheerful. The decorations were a bit dull and minimal.
